One of the brands we stock that has enjoyed a meteoric rise is the FuseBox Circuit Protection range. Not content to enjoy and sit back on their success they have recently upgraded all their consumer units.
The FuseBox circuit protection range of metal consumer units and protection devices, offers flexible veritile solutions for electrical installations. Their 18th Edition range has been designed to allow a two module SPD to be fitted to the RHS of the incomer without affecting the number of usable ways.
Design Features
- T2 Surge protection available
- Earth and Neutral terminal bars situated at the top of the units
- Removable and raised DIN rail
- Round Knock outs on all faces and rectangular weak points for knock out on reverse of board.
- Extra height for easy RCBO installation
- Board constucted of 1mm electro-galvanised steel (zinc)
- RAL 9001 powder coated finish
- Tail clamp supplied (ACCF)

Surge Protection Consumer Units
T2 Surge Protection units provide protection against transient overvoltages and the secondary effects of lightning strikes. T2 Surge Protection is available pre built in the following boards:
Main switch incomer
20 useable way
21 useable way
29 useable way
(Please note the 21 and 29 useable way boards are double stacked. They are tail clamp compatiable (sold sperately)
At ABLECTRICS we keep high stock levels of the 6-20 useable way, the 21 and 29 useable way are currently to order. The boards are also available as Dual RCD (Split Load). These varients are currently to order.
RCBO's
FuseBox currently manufacter standard RCBO's in B-curve AC, B-curve A and C-curve AC (all 6kA), they also make Mini RCBO's which are 2-Pole (switched live and neutral) in B-curve A and C-curve A. At ABLECTRICS we keep a huge stock of the B-curve AC and B-curve A. All other varients are available to order.
Accessories
FuseBox manufacture a range of accessories to compliment their range, these include but are not limited to: Tail Clamp and Tail Gland, Module Blanks, Isolator Main Switches, stand alone SPD units and contactors.
