Lighting repairs and how it works
All lighting repairs and rewires are done by a seperate compnay, Ablectrics is now just a drop off and collection point for any lighting you want to be fixed. Simon has now taken this part of the company over having worked for us for over 10 years. He has 30 years’ experience in lighting so you can trust that whatever electrical issues you have Simon will be able to fix it. He has started his own business where he repairs lights at his workshop rather than Ablectrics workshop, so efficiency is key.

Once you have contacted him you can pay via his website and then drop the light of to our shop which is Ablectrics 33 zetland road, Redland, BS6 7AH.
We are open Monday - Friday 7:30am-5pm and on Sats from 9am-5pm We close Sundays and all bank holidays.

Repair Guide Pricing:
All prices include parts, labour and VAT. If your repair needs extra parts, you will be contacted before any work commences. Please be aware not all fixtures can be repaired or fit decorative flex. If this is the case and your fixture can not be fixed then a full refund will be given. In the event that decorative flex will not fit your fixture an alternate choice will be given. It is not always possible to fit a fabric flex inside or through certain parts of a light.

Please note whe you bring your light in all Ablectrics will do is take your name/number and store the light safely, we are not able to advise on pricing or league times. After your light has been dropped in again we are not able to advise on its progress or offer any information, all querries need to be addressed to Simon directly. We are simply trying to help him and keep the repairs going as the location of our showroom is easy for customers. But we are not taking responsibility for the works.
