Ablectrics is a stockist of Vent Axia Fans, Specifically the Svara Kitchen and Bathroom Fan. This fan is the UK's first App controlled fan and can be set up through and app and the built in Bluetooth. This control makes installation simple and was developed to allow households to control their indoor air quality by choosing intermittent or continuous ventilation. Within these settings you can also choose timer of Humidity functions.

Default setting is a 10 L/s continuous trickle flow, the in built sensor increases this to 19 L/s and the fan can rise to a maximum of 30 L/s. The sensor can be set to a delay-on during the night as to avoid any unnecessary usage during quick bathroom visits. If you want a timer fan without having the correct wiring then the Vent Axia Svara is just the fan you need as only a live and Neutral is required. It's IP44 rating means can be installed in bathrooms(in the appropriate zone) and with a power output of 4w and only 17dBA(when in low trickle) means you will enjoy it's aesthetics rather than listening to it.
