What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Simply give us a call or send us an email within 48 hours and let us know, we will sort out everything else for you.

If I buy something and I don't like it what do I do?

I have seen something you sell on another website and it's cheaper, will you do me a deal?
Yes of course, simply email us with all the information about the item and website and the manager will see if we can either match or beat it.

Do you offer additional discount for trade?
Yes if you're a tradesman you can apply for a trade account with us, once approved by the manager you will have access to our trade discount and the new online quote tool. Making pricing for work even easier and convenient.

Do you take card payments for orders over the phone?
Unfortunately not, we are not insured to do this and it is not a safe way to process payments, for either party.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands, Scotland and Ireland?
Yes we do deliver to these areas but an additional delivery cost may apply. Please enter your details at the checkout and any extra delivery costs will be applied automatically.

Can you supply me items outside of the UK with zero VAT?
Unfortunately not, the paper work involved is so much it simply isn't worth us doing. We concentrate on keeping our prices as low as possible so often even with the VAT we are still very competitive. But if you have a large order please call us to discuss a discount.
